The refurbishment of this prominent 5 storey 15,000sqft building has brought the building back to open plan office space and remodels the ground floor to create further revenue with a new retail unit and a prominent new access from Grants Close to the offices above.
We realised the importance of creating a new entrance from the existing underutilised Grants Close that would entice and invite from the High Street. We have achieved this through the use of materials, lighting and colour. These elements have informed a branding and identity that are reinforced across the development giving the offices a successfully distinct character within the Inverness market.
