Our role was to deliver a shell unit for the Tenant (The Gym) within Redevco’s vacant property on Argyle Street, Glasgow. The proposed unit comprised of forming primary accommodation at Second Floor level with a dedicated entrance at Ground Floor accessed independently.

Working closely with the Client and incoming Tenant we developed the detailed shell scope, outlined the cost and construction responsibilities and delivered the space on time to allow The Gym fit out to progress. We continue to review opportunities for the remaining space within the building.
