We have released the second edition of our award-winning cookbook, Creating Together. Originally conceived as a fun way to celebrate the wonderful and diverse personalities in the practice and our collective love of cooking and eating together, that first edition surprisingly went on to be successful in the Scottish Design Awards.
Just after this first release, we moved into our new Glasgow studio and the new edition showcases the space we are now so lucky to have – lecture theatre and dance floor, library and lounge, whisky room, jungle room, workshop – and, of course, a ridiculously large kitchen. There are also some desks…
For us cooking and eating together is a powerful strand of our collective identity and we’ve hosted client dinners, cook-offs, guest chef events and birthday parties. The space has led to led to a flourishing of our culinary skills and a raft of new and updated recipes for us to share with you.
The cloth hardback features all-new photography and refreshing recipes from new team members at Threesixty, but with some surprising new elements too. With a foreword by award-winning food writer and Guardian regular, Rachel Roddy, and ‘Studio Insights’ which reveal the ideas behind the environment that nurtures creative thinking, the book is a visual feast. Whatever you’re hungry for, our unique book has you covered.
