Our design was selected through a competition held by Highlands and Islands Enterprise. The 1,000sqm GIA two-storey speculative office / life sciences building has been designed to be as flexible and adaptable as possible while responding to the surrounding campus and campus development brief. The building targets a BREEAM Excellent rating.
The site layout has been designed with an integral expansion strategy to allow for future configurations, while the open plan floor plate has been designed to allow for a variety of subdivisions. Due to its shape, the building can be used for life sciences, as office space or a combination of both. All services are integrated, and shared facilities are located within the main core to keep the wings flexible and adaptable.
