We have been working with The Wigley Group on a scheme which will transform a historic industrial site on the edge of Coventry city centre into a vibrant new neighbourhood.

Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, once home to the world-famous Daimler Works, will enjoy a new lease of life as a 500+ unit, residential-led, mixed-use development that will catalyse the creation of a Northern Quarter for the city.

The Daimler Wharf scheme, which can be delivered in phases, will revitalize the seven-acre site bordering Coventry Canal with new homes, employment opportunities, commercial and public spaces, cultural and leisure amenities.
