The Fifth Quarter proposal has the potential to be a groundbreaking development in the centre of Glasgow by creating a truly flexible, adaptable and deliverable model for ‘mixed-use’.

It is a vision-led, place-making solution that is underpinned with a considered approach to deliverability and value creation. The proposal delivers c. 1,000,000sqft GIA that is balanced between commercial office and residential (BTR/PRS and private for sale) with associated mixed retail, leisure and community uses at lower levels.

The proposal has three core principles:

ADAPTABLE: A place-making approach that delivers a framework of development volumes that can be adapt to market required uses.

ACHIEVABLE: A series of distinct and physically separated development plots that can be delivered in phases.

AUTHENTIC: A unique identity and place brand that is an exemplar of placemaking and stronger because it is grounded in Glasgow’s physical character and attitude.
